Boston Scientific’s team arrived with mixed expectations, but by the end, they had come together in a powerful, unified performance. Felicity, the Learning and Development Coordinator at Boston Scientific, shared her thoughts:
“It was amazing to see the different personalities come out in the drumming and how people supported each other. Some of the quieter ones really shone in the performance, and it helped the team bond in a way that will improve collaboration back in the workplace.”

“When we first watched Mark perform what we were going to do, we thought, ‘That can’t be what we’re about to do!’ But under his guidance, by the end, a bunch of amateurs actually managed to pull off a real performance. It was a brilliant experience!”
