Tile Hill brought 45 team members together for an electrifying afternoon of Taiko drumming, rhythm challenges, and a spirited team drum-off. The result? One of the most energetic, collaborative, and smile-filled events we’ve ever had the pleasure of leading.

Our Barnstormer Drum-Off format is designed to build connection and energy, fast. After learning the basics of Taiko drumming, the Tile Hill teams broke into two groups to develop their own high-energy Taiko pieces, and then reconvened for the finale – a “drum-off”, where each group performed the other other – cheering, supporting, and encouraging one another all the way.
