Rhythmworks work with the following coaches on its Self Management, Teamwork and Leadership Development programmes.

Waqar Siraj

Waqar’s passion is people. His key skill is in enabling individuals and teams achieve success through unlocking their unique potential. Prior to founding UpReach he spent 9 years in the IT industry working in sales, business development, strategic consulting and training. Over the last 5 years Waqar has been dedicated to developing himself and others. He has a degree in Ancient History from the University of London (BA Hons).

Professional qualifications and training include Emotional Intelligence Accreditation (Hay Group), Myers Briggs Certification (OPP), Effective Coaching Programme (LORE Institute), Advanced Coaching Programme (LORE Institute), Train the Trainer (Matchett Group), Lucca Leadership Trust Accredited Senior Coach.

As well as playing cricket in the summer, Waqar spends his spare time tutoring in philosophy and developing training courses for the Lucca Leadership Trust.

David Overton

David is an innovation professional with a specialism in project management, facilitation and creative problem solving. He has a strong background in project managing collaborative projects both in small scale start-up businesses and at the multi-million pound pan-European level. David works with diverse teams all the time, employing development techniques designed to unlock collective wisdom and gain buy-in. He has a playful approach to workshops - it seems to be the key to gaining serious results!

He is a graduate of Chemical Engineering and Marketing and is qualified in creative problem solving through the MBA programme at the Open University. He founded his own business, dbyhundred Ltd. www.dbyhundred.co.uk which specialises in geographical information innovation after leaving the post of Innovation Manager at the Ordnance Survey. He is a fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.

Phil Rogers

Phil has had 30 years in the retail sector in both regional and operational roles. He has experience in coaching, leadership skills, learning styles, self awareness models, feedback & trust development, presentation skills workshops and motivational communication as well as talent management and recruitment.
